Sometime in the late eighties we were on tour with the quartet. We had been playing in East Anglia and were on the way home in Pete Middleton's Renault van, dying of hunger and discussing what would be the ideal meal if it could be presented to us immediately. We were stuck at some roadworks traffic lights near to a row of shops. A chip shop stood next to a tropical fish shop and I suggested "Tropical Fish and Chips" which turned out to be very amusing to all concerned at the time.
